Have you spent too much time indoors? Rather than another dinner date, here are some fun date ideas that you can do in nature

  • How about a picnic date? Bring wine, food and music. So romantic. Any location will work that has a nice view.
  • Take a biking or hiking trip. Go on a hike to a viewpoint or a waterfall. Any hike is beautiful in my opinion, and you can enjoy each other's company while out in nature. If you use an electric bike, you can ride much further than if you use a standard bike. Ride to a restaurant that had outside dinning, while exploring your city. Enjoy yourself and get to know your date in a fun and healthy way.

  • Water date. Plan a day at a lake, the beach, or a pool. Rent a kayak, paddleboard, boat, or a jet ski. Everyone likes the water and it’s a fun way to spend an afternoon and get to know each other.
  • Find a concert in the park. Many neighborhoods frequently host fun, local performances. It's an enjoyable and unique way to take in a concert. Or you could arrange to attend a live big-name performance at a larger venue.
  • Try an athletic activity like 9 holes of golf, driving range, or miniature golf. You might also want to try playing volleyball, or tennis.
  • Art walks and farmers markets are enjoyable ways to discover and interact with the new person you’re dating.
  • Wine tasting is always a romantic, fun, and nice way to get to know someone. If there’s a vineyard near you, that’s the best. There are tasting events in every city. Find one with a nice outside patio.
  • Outdoor athletic events; attend a nearby live baseball or soccer game. It's usually exciting, energetic, intense, and a memorable event.
  • Water park or amusement park. Fun for the entire day, thrills, and connecting with others while bringing out your inner child.
